Soooo I was moderating comments and checking my email and had several people inquiring as to why we haven't updated in awhile.  Quite honestly, we're all very busy and pretty bored of the skank.  That's as honest as it gets.  NOOOO Tila's lolyers haven't sent me ANYTHING and even if they had I'd laugh in their face and post it on here as I did before.  Don't believe everything you read/hear :)

I'd also like to take serious time out to say thank you to the three resistance members who have donated to Salem Friends & Felines.  Thanks to Sandra from Australia, SaigonWhoreNumeroUno, and Just One of Many.  These were the names the donations were given from and I can't even  begin to express how proud I am to at least be a part of such a cool group of people...with the exception of the few crazies!!

This is a fun topic for me....it's one of those ones that hits me right in my cold heart groin. Any possible chance that I can get to show Tila yet AGAIN that she has absolutely no case against the bloggers gives me a boner. I'd just like to reiterate what a fucking retard she is....and hopefully this will help to ease the minds of you, our loyal readers.

Ok, in case you have all been living under a rock and have been fortunate enough to miss the meth whores rants, let me bring you up to speed.

For months and months now, Tila has threatened to sue us big meanies. She's thrown around all kinds of mumbo jumbo from her "attornies" (bahaha)...
In fact, her "attornies" even tried to EMAIL us here at The Rotspot, a cease and desist. Feel free to read about that HERE. That dirty gremlin even went so far as to white out our own disclaimer....tsk tsk naughty....

Now on to Exhibit B:




But you see, this isn't the first time Tila's threatened to sue....it's just that THIS time she's directing her plethora of stupidity toward the bloggers.....

Ohhhh, looky here though....the idiot hogul doesn't realize that she has no grounds whatsoever. Defamation of character? Nah. Slander? Newp. Copyright Infringement? HAHAHA. Emotional pain and stress? My butt itches....where was I...Oh yeah! Here's an article that shows a large company trying to sue someone who was mean to them. They go on to say that a person by the name of "stokklerk" posted defamatory comments about the C.E.O, as well as the company. Said company tried to get "stokklerk" to pay them for being meanies. Mrs. Judge Person said, "hey ya know what retards, thanks for playing and wasting time, but nope". And what was Mrs. Judge Persons decision based on? "She said the comments were protected free speech because they were either "rhetorical hyperbole" or expressions of opinion."

Hyperbole, for all you lazy asses who refuse to webster it means: A figure of speech (a form of irony) in which exaggeration is used for emphasis or effect; an extravagant statement.

So basically here's what it comes down to. Tila, you need to put your big girl panties on, and realize that EVERY motherfucking thing that is headed your way, you have brought on yourself. *smiles politely*

So Uncle Eddie wakes up this morning, AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE UNCLE EDDIE'S DAY OFF, and everybody is freaking out and warning me that Tila is getting sue happy again. OH NOES!

Here she is going off the handle on twitter. She has already deleted this and now simply says she is speaking to a lawyer. ARE YOU SURE IT ISN'T A LOLYER, TILA?


So the five have to be the three of us (she apparently doesn't know we got a new writer - Run Fatty, save yourself!), Spiked Tequila and Tila Truth. No I'm not even going to go into the obvious things that are incorrect, like SUING for a FELONY and all of that. Feel free in the comments to this post though, just like you did in the last one.

Tila I would like to direct you to my internet lawyer Jon Buchan. He is an expert at internet law and subsequent lolsuits. And since our blog updated most recently, I wonder if it was one of dear ol' Uncle Eddie's posts that set her off? OH GOD how I hope it was. Was it the Anniversary of your first faked pregnancy, Tila? Or was it the horrendous pictures of your wonky tits from last night? Oh gosh please tell me, I'm dying to know!

Tonight was a great night for the RotSpot....we got our first honorable mention from Tila herself!!! Of course, she's trying to debunk everything we say, because we have a disclaimer up. The thing her poor little cracked out brain isn't getting though, is that EVERYONE and I do mean EVERYONE has seen her blogs, tweets, videos, pictures, etc....so those with anything between their ears clearly know that EVERYTHING on our blog is taken from Tila's own mouth. I'll be the first to admit this is a parody/satire blog....everything Tila spews is comedy.

Since it's clear that Tila reads this very blog...I'd just like to take a second to bow...let us all have a brief moment of silence to acknowledge the fucktard also know as Tila Tequila...3...2....1

Tila, you're a fucking moron. Do you realize that C&D's aren't enforceable when they are sent via email? Do you realize that in order to sue someone for slander or libel, the things that they are saying need to be proven FALSE? And do you ALSO know, that by even attempting to SEND us a C&D, you only acknowledge that you're running scared?

So, I just wanted to take a quick second and let you know that we're still here and kickin....it seems there was a small server issue, but it has been resolved!!!

I also wanted to just briefly point out a couple of tweets that the dirty leprechaun mongrel mogul left for us(all the bloggers who feel the urge to mention her) about C&D's before she deleted her twitter....she never fails to amaze me by how fucking retarded she truly is.

Now, let's all keep in mind that she was on a rant, and trying to tweet as much as possible before her PR Team woke up and took the computer away..then tweets again and tells everyone they let her on so she could tell all those mean haters and bloggers to expect their emailed C&D's..then tweets again saying she's got to hurry and get off the computer...tsk tsk...look's like someones gonna get a spankin.. *shakes head*

Ok guys...so here it is, the "OFFICIAL CEASE & DESIST" from Tila's camp. I guess this means we've made it to the big leagues....which can only lead me to wonder why the dirty gremlin Tila's trying so hard to shut us up. Before you go on to read the nonsense for yourselves...allow me to just point out a couple of things for you...

1. Any claim(s) that we are infringing on rights or material of anyone, trademarked or not, are complete and utter bullshit. This is a completely NON-PROFIT parody/satire blog made to point out the many lies and contradictions of Tila...these are comments taken from her mouth(fingers) directly. Call it "whistle-blowing" if you will. As such, this blog and all of its contents falls under US Copyright Law: § 107. Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use⁴⁰

2. By Tila wasting her money having her camp send us this C&D, they are now tampering with possible federal evidence. Because there is the possibility of federal charges pending the investigations being brought forth for the alleged misconduct not only by Miss Tila herself, but as well as her websites.

3. The last thing that I would like to point out is....if you'll go to the 3rd page of the C&D I posted(technically pg 29 of the shenanigans), you'll very clearly notice that they have actually whited out (edited) our very own disclaimer....tsk tsk...that's naughty....

Through counsel with our attorneys, it has been determined, there is actually NO law breaking going on here. As always kids, this blog is here for you to use along with your own intelligence, and determine what you will from the postings. Thank you for reading <3







UPDATE: I'd like to thank our very good friend Eduardo Retardo for pointing this doozy out for us. As you can very clearly see here...Tila states that "Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen" isn't even her real name.....LMFAO!!! I wonder what the gents who sent us the above Cease & Desist have to say about this....I also wonder if Tila truly doesn't know which voice to listen to anymore.

As TRS so eloquently put it AND THE SHOW WILL GO ON!

The last week has been one busy week not only for the retched TT but for myself as well. I have spent much time filling out various reports, speaking with various persons about the exploiting & enticing of these minors, and speaking with attorneys. So with that said, let me go ahead and answer a few general questions.

I've had numerous emails asking me if WE were being investigated. For what, I really don't know. I'd hope that it's no big secret that I AM diligently working with different agencies/media/etc with having the charity fraud and exploiting & enticing minors with lewd sexual acts investigated. I will give out as much info as I am authorized to do. However, please remember that no one knows every detail of this at this point nor will we probably ever. Thus far, according to my hosting service, the ONLY "investigation" that has been done is the hits (you all) I've had to the page and the multiple attorneys that we have spoken to have read through it. They have not been contacted for any investigative search because WE have not broken any rules.

I'm also getting a lot of emails on why we haven't been updating on a regular basis. I've mentioned before that I wanted to keep the important info at the top so that it would be easier for people to see the REAL issue here and have THEIR CHANCE to try and help put an end to the unlawful acts this "celebrity" is doing right in FRONT of peoples eyes. I'm very passionate about getting this information out. Therefore sometime this week I will be adding an additional page to the blog with that info alone on it. That way it's always easily accessible. Which brings me to the "big question". "Did you all get a C&D from TT & Co.?" The answer to that question is ... well, kinda. I did indeed receive something sloppily thrown together that might have said C&D on it. My attorneys got a good chuckle. Let me explain:

No matter how intimidating the letter may seem, and no matter what deadlines or penalties are mentioned, just remember: this is not a court order. It's simply a letter drawn up to try and scare you into keeping quiet about something when someone has something to hide. You CAN draw up your own if you feel you have legitimate reason to ask someone to cease and desist. However, it is usually something that is drawn up by an attorneys office that is quick and gets the office/firm a quick $600 - $1000 per person that it's sent to. Do you REALLY think she has THAT kind of money to be throwing at all of us who don't like her? Exactly. However, I will point out that impersonating an attorney/firm/government official for reason of threat for personal gain IS punishable by law. ;) The fact is that whereas we didn't use "Tila Tequila"(registered or not) in our domain, they cannot issue a cease and desist for the blog. Well, they CAN but it's as useful as scribbling on the kitchen table with a crayon, taking a picture, and emailing it to me. IF my blog was being investigated or if I was doing anything illegitimate my hosting company would have to be subpoenaed which, according to them, has not happened. So TT & Co have nothing to stand on. If they did, they would have sent the host server notification of copyright infringement and my attorney(s) wouldn't have giggled like school girls about how delusional your favorite whore REALLY is.
