Miss Seola has quietly been working das emails the last few weeks in preparation for this blog post. We heard, about a year ago, of Tila incorporating her brand into a business entity titled Little Miss Trendsetter, Inc. She espoused that it was her new deal, this that and the other would be under it, yadda yadda. At the time, in a short search, it was not attached to anything. I dug deeper just to see if there was something I missed in my query. As a business owner myself, I am aware not all state databases are really kept up to par. Imagine my surprise, I stumbled across several gems.

One, Little Miss Trendsetter exists. It exists in California. It has existed since 2006. It's registered to Tila as the incorporation, but mysteriously has an agent. (The mystery comes from the fact that Tila claims to do all these things herself yet nothing is ever actually done by her. Boss Lady my busted ass left pinky toe.)

Tila also incorporated a secondary business. Wanna hear what she called it? Billionaire Business, Inc.Yeah, I laughed too.

The agent listed is part of Level Four Business Management. Posing as an interested party for private reasons, I contacted the agent. No answer to any emails under which propositions and questions were asked in relation to the businesses. I waited on this info for quite a while. An agent representing a business with the sole purpose of being employed by a firm to DO business not dealing with agent requests is interesting. In fact, neither business is attached to any projects since 2006. And yeah - in 2006, she used her BIRTH/LEGAL NAME - the very one that just last year she called us and Perez racists for using. There's your evidence that she used it YEARS before making up that bull shit "racist" story as her legal name.

What is also interesting in all this, is the fact that not only does the agent not care about the work requested, but during a review of charitable contributions for both businesses revealed no disclosures (which for non-profits are required by law to disclose) to any businesses or corporations. Additionally, during my searches - Jayden's Angels was never attempted to be registered in conjuction or separately from these two endeavors. Alas though, it seems as though the truth is in Google. When searching the name, what are the first results?

Top 3 are exposing her lies, the 4th is her "me me me" post - lying about not actually "setting it up" when several blogs, including Rotty's post months ago on the situation showing Tila stating this charity was official.

When two whores like Tila Tequila and Kat Stacks fight, only the internet wins.  What's that?  You don't know who Kat Stacks is?  GOOD.  Keep it that way.  She's fucking nobody.  Suffice it to say that Kat Stacks is a horrendously ugly woman who fucks rappers then puts them and their phone numbers on blast for the world.  I'm sure someone in the comments will give more details than that, and that's fine, but I refuse to go into it.  And GFD do I hate Tila for making me stick up for that triflin' ass hoe.

I want to point out that Kat made only a few tweets - one was especially funny regarding the Gathering of the Juggalos and the shit that hit Tila in the face - and then she deleted them and was done with it.  But fucking Tila had to go ON AND ON AND ON for almost an hour about it.  Damn, Kat must have hit a nerve.  I'm still waiting to see if I can get a screencap of Kat's tweets so I can give you guys the full picture.  Here, they've started to come in thanks to @AmIzzy:

But but, Tila said NO ONE donated a dime because it hadn't been set up yet. Last we heard, her lawlyers were drawing up final papers. That was months ago.

TilaFacts on Twitter posted to Bam Bam the truth. Under the red line is Bam Bam's response... that he did donate and did it out of the kindness of his heart. As I pointed out in my Twitter timeline, $500 can feed 700 people for a week with many shelters. I don't know about you guys, I don't care how rich I am - if I drop $500 to go towards children, it better go to children! Saying it's "out of my hands" is like saying you are giving away cash for good intentions. Below is why I don't believe him at all for anything. (Which shows how psycho Tila fans really are.) I like his "respect" tweet though - since Tila told him one thing, did another and he still defends her for allegedly swindling him out of cash and a promise.

For such a rabid fan, he must have forgot her fronting that she lives in a $2 mill mansion. Oops. But why is Bam Bam lying, you ask? Why don't I believe the apartment story nor anything else? Because in a few minutes, he contradicted his own tweets. "I offered to GO GET SOME for you". "A buddy of mine left a shit load of cigs". So..... go get some or give away someone else's property (if you are a smoker, you know at best, you barely leave a pack behind, let alone a "shit load". But where would he go to "get some" if he had them in his possession?

I have been watching this situation with interest over the past few months trying to figure out exactly where this guy fits in. I see that she tweets him and he does in fact send her gifts to her "Sunset Address" quite often, in large amounts. He has a habit of sending lingerie, shoes and other gifts to other womens as well. (See Kaylani_lei She just sent a tweet on August 3rd thanking him for some heels he sent her! VERY Strange Shit when you're sending pornstars heels and you're feeling proud they're wearing them in films!)Tila does in fact respond back to him after receiving these packages, so it's not too far fetched that he would have sent her money in my opinion, especially as he is trying so desperately to woo her by his constant showering of attention and gifts. He plays the nice guys angle "Tell me about your feelings" "It might help to talk about it Sweetie" I can't help but wonder if by doing this his real angle is to gain a little bit of fame. He's probably a struggling wannabe actor just looking for a break and has never even come close to anyone famous, so he figures anyone will do. Funny thing is, he has a "Girl" who is sometimes refered to his girlfriend, others his wife! When he sent a package to her, he kept hounding her via Twitter on July 14th to pick it up before she went on tour. On July 9th, he sent her a tweet "I hope you're wearing the sweet lil' number I sent you
;-)" On July 2nd he tweeted "@TilaOMG Please tell me you got the stuff i sent you from the sunset address" and also "@TilaOMG LOL when did you get the notice?? hahah I CANT TELL ITS A SURPRISE dont you like surprises?! Your going to ABSOLUTELY love it! ".
In this particular case, I do believe he sent her money. Don't know why, but I do. Will he ever admit it to get her in trouble? No freakin' way, but the admission alone is almost enough to help add to the case!

I’m a fan of the “thou doth protest too much” logic. I know, it’s a sick disease. However – it is also extremely entertaining to watch someone roll around on the ground screaming out their lies repetitiously in hopes that enough people start repeating it themselves and it will make a legend and grow into truth.


Let’s start with jellis haterz and “her” Lambo. I believe she got one, I believe she gets to drive it, I do NOT believe it’s hers. I believe a John is paying for it. (John is the name given to the men who visit hookers.) So far, we’ve seen neither hide nor hair of these alleged paparazzi pictures. But I like the RT’s from two people, like Tila is trying to convince people she has friends on her side. I do like the RT on Karma though. Tila is already feeling the effects of her Karma, in the form of people hating her, many gossip sites shutting her out completely and no one of importance in Hollywood wants anything to do with her. The reason her hair looks so nasty in that video, is because she’s got a cheap ass horsehair weave. I do know though, that all of you are eagerly anticipating her merchandise website though… right? We’ve been hearing about it for about a year!



Now we have moved onto yet another tirade of falsities on charity. Stars DO publicize their charities because they want to attach their names so that it gains more attraction to their cause. Part of their chartable tax deductions include appearances and promotions (they do it for free, claim it as charity). When a star attaches their name, all their fans flock to those organizations & the organizations LOVE this because it gets them publicity, donations and volunteerism. All that aside – publicizing her donations is her tweeting about it. She’s on her third or fourth “I’m going to Africa” date. I like how she stresses dangerous however. Doctors without Borders (one of my personally favorite charities) goes above and beyond and they never issue press releases on the places they go, most doctors don’t even talk about it – they just go on vacation. This is just one of thousands of worldwide organizations facing extreme danger everyday to help the good of man. I will show one truth – she DID work with a company to create a cast mold of her breast for charity. However, she has not donated a dime. I should also mention, for a multi-millionaire, $30k ain’t shit. I’ve probably, in my time with the Humane Society and through my own mom-and-pop business done more than that in volume and volunteerism. I did peer counseling when I was a teenager and just never stopped giving with my time and what money I do have. It’s not a lot, so if I can’t do money – I spend time.


Let’s take some lolz here though and look at her last tweet. I didn’t know hypocrisy and stupidity could fit into one tweet. How about you, why don’t you… then do you see me telling you how to spend your money? She just said give all your money to charity!



Wait, she already bought a mansion… right? I mean, she was posting pictures of this fab place in Thailand as her own (and too stupid not to link back to the original real estate site). But Seola, she posted pictures of the kitchen! I know, I know, she’s an idiot. Just like when she “owned” the house she had her garbage sale at. Learn to have manners though kiddies, so you can be like skanky Tila, who whines and cries about everything under the sun, has no self-respect and tweets nasty things on people’s looks. Or blogs about those she’s jealous of having some sort of crisis (oops, some of those posts are gone!).

Nope, it’s a FAN BLOG! The proof is what Tila herself has tweeted, that no company, organization or otherwise has confirmed at ALL. It also includes outright lies. I’d break this apart, but it has too much lolz and this post is already getting long enough. But how awesome is it that Tila gives her maids her hand-me-downs? Totally giving! Basically, all the bullet points are lies though. We all know this. There is so many dozens of things wrong with this blog that I peed a little while laughing and reading it. It’s a tough thing to handle while I’m vibrating right now so you can see this post. Anywho, that’s what this guy says is proof of her work and what Tila retweeted as proof of her work and what I’m posting is complete bullshit. :D

I leave you with these little gems. One of her fans crying that everyone ignores them but Tila and it says a lot about the mentality of her fans. Never fear however, Tila is vibrating her way into a “vacation”, of which I’m sure she signed a confidentiality agreement to not leave a hotel room or have contact with the outside world during her stay. She’s been going on these little “vacations” a lot lately. Showgirls is a great camp movie, but the businessman part in there actually is true. They pay some dough – usually a cost that doesn’t even bother the cash in their wallets – to have someone come to their place to show them a good time. More often than not, they come to the US because starlets with dollar signs in their eyes are easy to spot around here. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you Tila – without that technology you’d never have gotten away from your hammer wielding man in a trailer park. Maybe we’ll get lucky and her and “herself” will get dragged away by a bear.

All charities have to have a EIN number.  When you file your taxes you need the EIN number for the charity that you donated to.  Tila's charity does not have this.  We HAVE verified this via the IRS and you can too.  She KNOWS this now since she's been put on blast here and is NOW changing her story and saying that her charity doesn't exist yet.  Did you finally get the hint Tila?  Are you scared because several of us have reported you and now you are under investigation?

So here is the deal guys.  This is how you report her stealing YOUR money.  Also, you can report that she has been asking money for a charity that doesn't even exist.  You do not have had to donate in order to report her actions.  She was requesting and receiving donations for a fraudulent charity and THAT IS stealing.  If any one person has donated $1000 you can file a report with your local police and it is considered grand larceny which is a FELONY offense.  However, if you have donated ANYTHING, even $1 and you have proof it will greatly help expedite the investigation. 

First you need to go to this website:  IRS - Charities.  Then fill the following form:  Form 13909 .  You will either need to fax (214-413-5415), email (eoclass@irs.gov) or mail (address listed below) the filled out 13909.

The last week has been one busy week not only for the retched TT but for myself as well. I have spent much time filling out various reports, speaking with various persons about the exploiting & enticing of these minors, and speaking with attorneys. So with that said, let me go ahead and answer a few general questions.

I've had numerous emails asking me if WE were being investigated. For what, I really don't know. I'd hope that it's no big secret that I AM diligently working with different agencies/media/etc with having the charity fraud and exploiting & enticing minors with lewd sexual acts investigated. I will give out as much info as I am authorized to do. However, please remember that no one knows every detail of this at this point nor will we probably ever. Thus far, according to my hosting service, the ONLY "investigation" that has been done is the hits (you all) I've had to the page and the multiple attorneys that we have spoken to have read through it. They have not been contacted for any investigative search because WE have not broken any rules.

I'm also getting a lot of emails on why we haven't been updating on a regular basis. I've mentioned before that I wanted to keep the important info at the top so that it would be easier for people to see the REAL issue here and have THEIR CHANCE to try and help put an end to the unlawful acts this "celebrity" is doing right in FRONT of peoples eyes. I'm very passionate about getting this information out. Therefore sometime this week I will be adding an additional page to the blog with that info alone on it. That way it's always easily accessible. Which brings me to the "big question". "Did you all get a C&D from TT & Co.?" The answer to that question is ... well, kinda. I did indeed receive something sloppily thrown together that might have said C&D on it. My attorneys got a good chuckle. Let me explain:

No matter how intimidating the letter may seem, and no matter what deadlines or penalties are mentioned, just remember: this is not a court order. It's simply a letter drawn up to try and scare you into keeping quiet about something when someone has something to hide. You CAN draw up your own if you feel you have legitimate reason to ask someone to cease and desist. However, it is usually something that is drawn up by an attorneys office that is quick and gets the office/firm a quick $600 - $1000 per person that it's sent to. Do you REALLY think she has THAT kind of money to be throwing at all of us who don't like her? Exactly. However, I will point out that impersonating an attorney/firm/government official for reason of threat for personal gain IS punishable by law. ;) The fact is that whereas we didn't use "Tila Tequila"(registered or not) in our domain, they cannot issue a cease and desist for the blog. Well, they CAN but it's as useful as scribbling on the kitchen table with a crayon, taking a picture, and emailing it to me. IF my blog was being investigated or if I was doing anything illegitimate my hosting company would have to be subpoenaed which, according to them, has not happened. So TT & Co have nothing to stand on. If they did, they would have sent the host server notification of copyright infringement and my attorney(s) wouldn't have giggled like school girls about how delusional your favorite whore REALLY is.

...you can help. Every little bit helps. I want to make a few things clear. In the beginning of creating this blog it was intended for mocking TT's bizarre antics and actions. We've said things in jest and mockery and while it's comical when it's watching her life become a trainwreck it is NOT comical for us to sit aside when we find out the info in which we have found out. This is the fact: Fourteen year old children are being influenced by sexual ambition of this adult. Tila Gnome and myself, along with many others and supporters, simply want justice to be done. We want the website to be reviewed and adjusted or removed to protect these teenagers from experiencing this influence any longer. However, the website is not the only thing to blame. There is phone/video documentation of her voicing her desire to be phone sex partners with a child. She promotes her pornographic "shows" on Ustream to the same child. That in itself is proof and should not be tolerated. Her charity is a fraud. You can call the IRS to confirm it. She is accepting money for a charity that does NOT exist based upon a CHILD that did or does not exist. It is said that Joe Francis financially backs TT's website. Would it surprise you that this man has already been charged with child abuse and prostitution in Panama City back in 2003? He's also been prosecuted on tax fraud and yet another incident involving a young girl that he couldn't keep his hands off of. Do you see a common trend here? We are realists. We are not lawyers, we do not pretend to know all of the laws. What we DO know is that we feel concern and fear for these children. We could just step aside like many others do and figure "Nothing is going to come of this" but what kind of women would we be? Call us what you want but this is one thing that we are both very compassionate about.

If you're still not convinced, you are entitled to your opinion and whether or not you think that we do, we respect it. Not that I wasn't already nauseated at everything I'd discovered, I was completely mortified yesterday when I saw the following:

Upon busting out the "Jayden's Angels" charity being a fraud we did a little MORE investigating thanks to LiarfaceTequila (holla!). Earlier today we found the following interview with a positive spin on TT:
